The Butchery’s Pesto Al Basilico is made with fresh basil*, garlic*, walnuts, almonds, freshly grated parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil*. (*organic)

This super rich pesto is perfect for dips, marinade for chicken and fish, tossed in your salad, pasta or your fave pizza. This product uses freshly harvested organic basil from San Fabian Organics, a local organic farm in Echague, Isabela. Not only is it delicious and healthy but know that every jar you buy benefits not just the farmers but the entire community of Barangay San Fabian in Isabela, Philippines. Storage Instructions: Store in the fridge and consume within 1-2 weeks. Avoid double dipping contaminated utensil. Refill olive oil on top of pesto and wipe excess pesto on the rims and walls of the bottle above olive oil line to preserve and prolong shelf life. If you’d like to store for a few months, transfer to a freezer safe container and store frozen.
