Smoked Paprika Spring Chicken
Pre-marinated finger-licking spring chicken flavored with organic smoked paprika, organic spices and organic schmaltz. Also featured in Philippine Daily Inquirer
Cooking instructions: For a crisp texture, preheat oven at 450 degrees F and cook for 10-15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F for 40 minutes to finish. For a more tender meat, cook at 350 degrees F for 1 hr. You may also use a turbo. Suggested Usage: Best lathered with The Butchery’s Organic Schmaltz for added flavor, juice and aroma. Keep frozen. Can be stored for several months but best consumed within 3 months for best flavor and quality.
